Use Organize PDF when you need to make several page-level changes to a PDF within the same visual workspace.
After selecting a PDF, you can review its page thumbnails, change the page order, rotate pages, mark unwanted pages for deletion, duplicate pages, and apply supported actions to multiple selected pages.
This can be useful for reorganizing scanned documents, reports, notes, forms, study materials, and other PDFs whose pages need several adjustments before creating the final document.
How to Organize PDF Pages

Process and Download
Click "Process File" to create the organized PDF. After processing, click "Download File" to save the result.
Change the Order of PDF Pages
Organize PDF provides several ways to change the page sequence within the uploaded PDF.
On supported desktop interactions, page thumbnails can be reordered using drag and drop.
The workspace also provides page-position controls for moving a page to the first position, moving it backward, moving it forward, or moving it to the last position.
Tap-to-swap behavior and the available position controls provide additional ways to rearrange pages when drag-and-drop interaction is not suitable.
The final PDF follows the page sequence shown in the organized workspace.
Rotate PDF Pages
Individual pages can be rotated clockwise using the rotation control on each page card.
For selected pages, the Bulk Actions controls provide +90°, -90°, and 180° rotation options.
Rotation is applied to the PDF page orientation during processing without intentionally converting the page into a rasterized screenshot.
Review page orientation before creating the final PDF, especially when the source document contains a mixture of portrait and landscape pages.
Remove Unwanted Pages
Use the Delete Page control on an individual page to mark it for removal. A page marked for deletion can be restored before processing.
You can also select multiple pages and use the available bulk deletion control to change their deletion state.
At least one page must remain in the document. The tool prevents processing when every page has been marked for deletion.
Duplicate PDF Pages
Use the Duplicate Page control when you need another copy of a page within the organized document.
The duplicated page is inserted immediately after the page being duplicated and becomes part of the workspace, where it can be included in subsequent page organization.
The Bulk Actions area also allows selected pages to be duplicated.
Review duplicated pages and their positions before processing the final PDF.
Select and Manage Multiple Pages
The workspace supports selecting multiple page cards for supported bulk actions.
Use "Select All" to select all available page cards, or "Clear Selection" to clear the current selection.
Selected pages can be used with the available bulk rotation, deletion, and duplication actions.
Page reordering remains controlled through the workspace's page-ordering interactions.
Revise Changes Before Processing
The Organize PDF workspace provides Undo and Reset Changes controls.
Undo uses the available action history to step back through previous workspace changes. The Undo control displays the current number of available history steps.
Reset Changes restores the document workspace to its original page sequence, clears applied page rotations, and restores pages marked for deletion.
There is currently no separate Redo control.
Review the workspace after using Undo or Reset Changes to confirm that it reflects the state you want before processing.
Organize PDF vs. Reorder PDF Pages
Organize PDF is intended for workflows that require several page-management actions in one workspace, including reordering, rotation, deletion, duplication, multi-page actions, and change history.
Reorder PDF Pages provides a more focused workflow when your main task is changing the sequence of pages.
Choose the tool that best matches the changes you need to make.
Organize PDF vs. Delete PDF Pages
Organize PDF combines page deletion with other page-management actions such as reordering, rotation, and duplication.
Delete PDF Pages provides a focused workflow for marking unwanted pages for removal while keeping the remaining pages in their original relative sequence.
If page removal is your main task, the dedicated Delete PDF Pages tool may provide a simpler workflow.
Review Your Organized PDF
The final PDF is created according to the page sequence and supported changes present in the workspace when processing begins. The organization process does not intentionally rasterize page text, images, or vector graphics. However, reorganizing a PDF into a newly generated document can affect some advanced or document-level features.
Depending on the source PDF, features such as interactive forms, internal links, bookmarks, digital signatures, attachments, annotations, or document metadata may not behave identically in the generated file. Review important documents after processing, especially when they contain interactive or advanced PDF features.

Performance When Organizing PDF Pages
Performance can depend on the PDF file size, total page count, document complexity, number of workspace changes, available browser memory, and device resources. Documents with many pages or complex content may require more memory and processing time. If a demanding document cannot be processed successfully on a mobile device, try using a desktop or laptop with greater available resources.
Check Your Organized PDF Before Submission
If you are organizing a PDF for an application, examination, educational institution, employer, government portal, or another important submission, check the latest requirements from the relevant official source. Before submitting the processed PDF, verify the page order, page count, orientation, duplicated or removed pages, readability, file size, and any other applicable document requirements.
