Alles über das sichere Löschen von Seiten und den Schutz der Originaldatei.
How do I delete pages from a PDF?
Upload your PDF, click "Delete Page" on each page you want to remove, review the marked and remaining pages, and click "Process File". After processing, click "Download PDF" to save the updated document.
Can I delete multiple PDF pages at once?
Yes. You can mark multiple pages for deletion before processing the PDF. Each marked page will be removed when you process the document.
Can I restore a page before processing?
Yes. If you marked a page by mistake, click "Restore Page" on that page card before processing. The page will be unmarked and kept in the resulting PDF.
Can I delete all pages from a PDF?
No. At least one page must remain in the PDF. If all pages are marked for deletion, the tool prevents processing until you restore at least one page.
What happens to the order of the remaining pages?
The pages that remain keep their original relative sequence. Removing pages does not intentionally reorder the pages that you choose to keep.
What is the difference between Delete PDF Pages and Extract PDF Pages?
Delete PDF Pages is designed for marking pages you do not want and creating an updated PDF from the remaining pages. Extract PDF Pages is designed for selecting particular pages you want to save, either together in a new PDF or as separate single-page PDF files.
Does deleting pages rasterize the remaining PDF pages?
No. The page-removal process uses PDF page-copying operations and does not intentionally convert the remaining text, images, or vector graphics into rasterized page images. Some advanced PDF features may behave differently in the generated document, so review important PDFs after processing.
Do I need an account to delete PDF pages?
No. You can use the Delete PDF Pages tool without creating an account or signing in.
Are my PDF files uploaded to EditPDFImage.com during page deletion?
PDF page deletion operations run locally within your browser. Files processed within your browser are not intentionally uploaded to EditPDFImage.com servers.
Why can processing a large PDF take longer?
Processing time can vary depending on the PDF file size, total page count, document complexity, available browser memory, and device resources. Larger or more complex PDF documents may require additional processing time and memory.
